Use a magnet guide way for blind.

I went to Microsoft's OEM vice president's Steven Guggnheimer's speech at taipei.
After I saw Microsoft's demo of future technolgy, I develop an idea of helping blind people.
I am thinking a new way of helping blind people.
You know on the drive or road way... there usually have a one roll of blocks for blind people to walk on, so they can be leaded.
If we put a magnet on the blocks... use N and S pole rule to help blind people when and where to go....
For example, if they have a magnet on the stick that blink people use,
on the signal light, the cross intersection have a flip magnet brick... when green light, that blind people know where to go, may be repell...where Magnet brick and magnet on the stick is  N and N .
and red light , attract..where magnet brick and stick is in  S and N  rule so blind people know to stay.
and on the drive way... the brick is N. and the magnet on the stick is N. so they repell... so the blind people keep put the stick on the brick and moving on, so they don't have use the stick to hit the ground all the time.

does anyone know what I am talking about...
I will organize it later.. just one of my idea to help blind people.
